Help with your LongTable account and the app.
Common questions
- Verification & trust tiers — LongTable uses a tiered verification system. You can upgrade your tier from Profile → verification in the app by completing LinkedIn verification, document review, or a community vouch.
- Account access — use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to reset your password.
- Privacy controls — manage per-field profile visibility from Edit Profile, and blocked accounts & notifications from Account & Security.
- Reporting — report posts, listings, or messages directly in the app; moderators review every report.
- Deleting your account — go to Profile → Account & Security → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your account and the personal data associated with it, as described in the Privacy Policy.
